ICYMI – New Hampshire Senate Passes Marijuana Decriminalization Bill

On 5/31/2017, the NH Senate cleared the amended bill that is now on it’s way to Governor Sununu’s desk. According to WMUR’s John DiStaso, the bill is expected to be signed by the Governor.

The amended bill reduces the penalty for possessing 3/4 of an ounce or less of marijuana to a violation and allowing offenders to pay fines by mail.
