The Hampton Falls Free Library is pleased to present Understanding Bobcats in New Hampshire, on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. Two stewards with the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, Dennis Walsh and Doug Whitfield, will be speaking on bobcats and what biologists are learning about this native species through ongoing research. The presentation will include information about the natural history of the animal, research taking place, how the information learned will affect management for that species, and background on the Wildlife Restoration Program that has made the work possible.
The Fish and Wildlife Stewards are volunteers who work to educate the public about the federal Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program and the important New Hampshire Fish and Game Department projects it funds.
The program is free and open to the public.
