CONCORD, NH – State legislators heard testimony over a five hour period and ultimately rejected the latest proposal to hold a “ratification election”. The article goes on to say that many including the NH Municipal Association and its legal council argue that no such revote is required because the RSA supported the action to move the date of the election due to inclement weather. Others argue that it would cause more confusion and further lead to voters being disenfranchised if they have to revote.
